Owner was rude , called me and demanded I be there an hour and fifteen minutes before my pickup time , ,and when I arrived at the time he wanted to, he wasn’t there , made me wait 30 minutes for him to return ,,, would not assist me in booking up trailer , trailer was covered in snow , all the wheel straps were caked in ice , , worst uhaul experience I’ve ever had

The equipment should be better maintained. The straps used to transport my vehicle and secure it were severely compromised. When I informed the employee of the condition of them they just reassured me that they were fine although I’m certain if they were inspected they would not pass. The employees who rented the equipment to me also did not know how to properly secure the equipment and instructed me to watch a YouTube video to figure it out. The employee also called me about an hour or two after renting the equipment to inform me they had given me the incorrect equipment and asked me to return it after I had already begun using it.

Armand CScheduled on November 16th, Ordered dollies and furniture pads, picked up the uhaul on November 25th and didn't get what I ordered with the uhaul. I wasn't charged though a week in advance should be enough.
