Regie DThe vehicle was dirty when we got it. The weather strips were coming loose on the drivers side. We did not receive any of the blankets we payed for. Overall the customer service was poor and quite rude.
Logan MHead office charged me for two days when I actually only used it for one. So not impressed with that. And then I put gas in it and then was charged extra for gas. Which was stupid. But what ever. The extra say really choked me.
Shauna CWe went to three location to drop off. We were told we can drop at any location but we were sent to 2 other locations before we called U-Haul and had them tell us. Why couldn’t the first location call traffic and tell us where. Over all okay
