My delivery lication was changed mid trip from a location we know and trust to this one. No personnel and tight slippery parking. Apparently they dont show up during the hours posted on the building. We were not impressed.

Tyler LThis is now the second time I have had to clean the snow off a rental from Uhaul. There was over a foot of snow on the van, no snow brush, no offer to help from my "agent". What was even worse was that Uhaul decided to change my pick up location moments before I was arriving at my reservation location, sending me to another city all together. No sorry for the inconvenience, no offer to discount for the last moment change, they obviously have no idea what a reservation actually means, nothing. So now I get this van with almost bald tires in the middle of winter, I just about get stuck multiple times, check engine light on, tire pressure light on, battery barely starts the van even after running for 1/2 hour. But at least I was charged FULL PRICE. I know no one there cares and I do not expect and response, used to be a good company but now.......not so much.
