When I picked up I told him am gonna drop truck back close to my place he said u can drop anywhere in Calgary after 5 minutes when I left his shop I got text and said u have to drop at another location then I called back this guy and told him why did u put that far location for drop off he said I don’t know what happen I didn’t do it but I think he’s unprofessional didnt like that place

Went horribly wrong! Key was not in lockbox at 7:30am. Had to wait until the owner arrived at 9am to open (it's says 8:30am on google) and he didn't apologize. Also didn't put the dolly in the truck. Owner was rude. Highly disappointed and do not recommend.
Halena dThe truck was extremely dirty inside. Coffee spills and dirt everywhere. I recognize it is a moving truck but it should not have been so dirty that I didn’t want to put my things in the consul and had to dust my pants off every time I got out

Greg LWhen I first arrived the agent indicated that I may not be able to drop there due to lack of parking spaces. We went out side and he quickly found a place for me to drop the trailer.
