Our U-Haul had some kind of hole in it which caused for rain to get in and damage some of our stuff.
Sunny CAbsolute waste time. I was promised help to hookup the car hauler to my truck by U-Haul booking. This guy left us for 2 hours without offering help. He was busy having coffee with his helper. The hitch ball needed to be undone and reinstalled to a lower setting because the hauler hitch was too low at full height. Asked for help, and he didn't even have a wrench. Asked when he was open until, he said 5:00 pm. I rushed to return the trailer and get a receipt that I returned the trailer at 4:30 pm and the store was locked up. The number posted on the door was called and he said he would be a half hour. Who locks up a rental trailer/truck store when people are picking up and returning their rentals. This guy has no consideration for people's time. Absolutely no help. As far as I feel he is incompetent to run a business.
