Terrible terrible terrible They overcharged me and hung up on me twice when I called to talk with them about reissuing a receipt with the correct amount. I wanted to tell them their customer service was also very poor as they had me pull my own trailer from behind a parked truck. When the lights didn’t work on that one, they told me to pull out the one that was behind that one!! We had to put the first one at the back to get it safely out of the way! When we got back, we picked a place to put it and THAT was when they came running out - just to tell us to move it to a very small spot next to a dumpster. We did their job. AND we’re over charged. Very rudely hung up on. I for the first time in my life gave a google review to make sure NO ONE is treated this way by them again. I do not recommend these business owners. I have dealt with this company successfully many many years until these new owners. I am furious with the way we were treated.

Barry LMy 20 foot truck was avaiable when I arrived at the agreed time. The gentlemen at the Progress Glass was very friendly & easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend to rent a Uhaul here. As always do your due dilengence, take pics on the exterior & interior before/after driving vehicle and also ensure an extras you order (blankets, carts, boxes, etc) are in the vehicle.
Jonathan HThe UHAUL we rented was dirty inside the cab. The steering wheel was sticky, and there was a plastic cup with red liquid in the cup holder. The flooring was also dirty. Obviously not cleaned between customers. In addition, the fuel had not been filled. It was under 1/4 tank. We were told to return it with the same amount of fuel. As we only drove 39 miles, we put $15.00 in the tank and brought it back up to the same point on the gauge. Even though we did this, the Rental Pick Up/Drop Off location, charged us a $30.00 Fuel Service Fee AND a Fuel Charge of 26.98, which is totally inappropriate. We are demanding a refund of $57.00 AND an apology. We took photos of the fuel level and odometer at pick-up and at drop off. As such, we can prove that Progress Glass is cheating UHAUL Customers, and giving UHAUL a bad reputation.
