BRUCE BWhen I went to pick up the rental, it was after hours, and I contacted customer support to help me. The person on the phone told me they had not left the key for the truck for me to pick up. I was then sent to another location that only had 26' trucks. I could not drive that kind of truck, so I cancelled that and rebooked for this location for the next morning. This put my trip behind schedule. When I arrived, it turned out the key had been there the entire time. Had the person on the phone just told me to go through the steps on the app, I would not have been delayed or left so frustrated and stressed. The woman who helped me to actually complete my rental was lovely and so kind.
