When I got to the location the trucks battery was dead. The guy I was renting from said the person that rented the night before, failed to turn off the lights. Yet he do not make sure it was working before my scheduled pick up. I had to wait until it got jumped , I hired 2 helpers through your site that never showed after being told multiple times that they were on the way. I was reimbursed for this, This delayed my whole day when I needed help with the heavy lifting. I was going out of state, this several hours delay, made it impossible to get to my destination , unload with other help, and be able to get back for 9 am, I called and was told I was given a extra day free of charge due to all the issues that happened, I have called multiple times because I was charged for the extra day and still not been refunded or received a call back from the supervisor. Very disappointed. Moving is already overwhelming, you guys made it unbearable and stressful from the very first step.
