Uhaul needs to maintain their fleet the vehicle swayed alot. But otherwise this vehicle was better than others I have used.

Elizabeth AInitially I was very impressed with the accessibility and responsiveness of this location. Booking my reservation was a breeze! Picking up my rental trailer was a different story. I had to wait for over an hour while the clerk tried to figure out how to process the reservation, there were no instructions to connect the trailer to my truck and it wasn’t straightforward. The chain was way too long and the clerk did not check the connection. It was only when I got to my pick up spot that I realized I had connected it wrong - thankfully someone was able to assist me before I loaded my tractor onto it! Drop off was straightforward. I received numerous emails and electronic receipts, hopefully only because the clerk booking me had no idea what he was doing and not because I was double or triple charged. I will watch for that!

JANINE CThey tried to charge me 10 dollars to park the trailer. Then told me my car sucks . Then started yelling at me and told me to get off the property for no reason. I called the cops too. Worse experience ever.
