Location wasn’t great. Had to wait for someone to arrive. In the long run, too expensive for only driving it 18 miles.

The R&M Variety LLC. is very unprofessional and do not represent U-Haul well as an authorized dealer. The facility is in terrible shape, the customer service was terrible, the registration process was very lengthy and unprofessional, the location was sweltering hot, the first vehicle was in terrible shape and had to be returned immediately, as the windshield gasket came off on mid trip and was blocking the windshield. The replacement vehicle was almost on an empty tank of gas. The returning of the vehicle and trying to obtain a total balance too was an equally long time at this sweltering hot and dilapidated facility. I am requesting a full refund of my rental purchase and ask that some level of inspection be done to this specific facility, by U-Haul. Fedor Hernandez

MYLA JTook them 1 hour to hand over the keys, I showed up with an already paid “guaranteed” reservation with order number etc on my phone… but took them an hour, the delay messed up our very tight schedule, and caused problems for us all day.
Robert LLocation was very accommodating. Truck Clean and well maintained.
