Took them 1 hour to hand over the keys, I showed up with an already paid “guaranteed” reservation with order number etc on my phone… but took them an hour, the delay messed up our very tight schedule, and caused problems for us all day.

Michael CI requested a pickup at the Mechanicsburg location. My pickup was moved to Steelton and I wasn't informed of this until the night before. When I was informed, the scheduler who called was rude and made me feel stupid when she said" you need to make uhaul reservations months in adavnce If you want a preferred location. Which is absolutely never been my experience. The pickup was fine and went smoothly. The truck was brand new with only 2435 miles on it. Was nice to have new equipment for this move.
KEVIN Kl was involuntarily reappointed from my original reservation spot and was sent here. The renters were an hour late past my appointed time, the uhaul had trash, and I was gassed as specified.
