We got bumped with reservations twice. Standing there with moving crew and no truck. Finally we had to drive to another town to get a truck. Very expensive I thought. Driving over 60 kms it shook and the front end didn’t feel right. Slow trip. Did finally get moved. U-Haul needs organizing especially bookings and reservations. Less online crap and more personal.
Brenda OMake it easier to pick up trailers at location by having better payment options- Credit and debit. Person running the rental was very busy with other chores. The rental process was more painful than it should have been by having to run to town for cash for a deposit and waiting for farm operations to cease to get on the way.
