I would not recommend this location because nobody was on site. Nobody answered at the phone number, and the voicemail told us to call U-Haul directly. The agent we picked up the trailer from had made a mistake entering the drop off location and we would have appreciated personal help fixing that. After disconnecting the trailer and going through the self-checkout process and ready to leave we got a return call from the on site agent (who wasn’t on site). They were upset that we didn’t put the trailer where they would have asked us to in the row of rental equipment. The trailer worked great. The price was good. Both of your agents disappointed us.

Despite booking online, inputting my drivers license and CC info, I had to endure a manual entry and verification. Then my return dest8nation magically changed from what I stated. The end result was another distance charge for mileage. .? Nice enough lady running the place from her house. Time for a technology update and pay attention to what you’re sending out
