I was Little over on the mileage, I thought they would not charge me for the extra, also the fuel tanks gauge was iffy and they charged me for 1/8 of a tank which was over 20 dollars.ben W.

Phyllis was very rude , Didn't have anything ready cost us a day and an hour the next day each time we tried to pick up truck. She lied told us we had 2 days , never gave us a contract or paper or an email. So unprofessional. Phyllis in the end charged us 169 for 1 day rental, then continued to charge my credit card after without my knowledge for another 360. This is by far the absolute worst experience I've ever experienced with uhal/ Phyllis. So disappointed don't go to diamond p ranches in settler she will screw you over.Tanya K.
Phyllis was extremely helpful. The only downfall was the mileage~the computer never added the total for drop off location which was over half hr driveJenny H.
Uhaul didn't have the truck I reserved an month prior to my move. They called the day before and could only provide us with a truck half the size we ordered 100km from our location. To retrieve this we needed to use the truck share app which would not work. We spent 1.5 hours on hold with Uhaul who never answered. Tried contacting the location. We used online chat where 3 different agents jjst left the chat part way through. It took me an extra 6 hours to get the truck we didn't get home until almost midnight. We didn't get the dolly we reserved. We couldn't get assistance. My vehicle was damaged driving to get the truck because nobody told us we would be 4x4ing through farmers feilds to pick up the truck in the middle of the night. We were also told all km's and gas would not be charged as we got half the truck we ordered and them had to do multiple trips. I had to pay movers for double the hours estimated die to the small truck provided.Roxanne P.

Your rates for mileage calculations were not very transparent. Also you charge the moment the estimated mileage is exceeded but if a person comes in well under the estimated mileage you do not adjust and refund any portion. That was not very clear and unfortunately an assumption was made that mileage was charged at actuals upon return of vehicle.Paul W.

Nothing was amazing service. Could bundle Kilometres in like 100 included in rental price would have been nice when you spend 250 on a rental for 3 days then get stung will another 114 dollars for kilometres.Rodney B.

The company really has to get on maintaining equipment. There were 2 tires with holes of the 4 upon arrival. They were repaired quickly down the road but this ended up costing me 2 hours. I was on a tight schedule so this was quite inconvenient. This isn't the first time we've come across issues like this with previous rentals. This is not directed specifically at this location but the U-Haul company as a whole. The location was welcoming and accommodating.Daniel P.

The whole process was a shit show. I spent 4 hours booking a truck and the person just redid the whole process and wasted our time for over an hour. Her drop off time was wrong. I was charged for an appliance dolly not a box moving one so that was useless to us and I still want my money back for that.Lorrie N.
Uhaul reps unsure where this location is. Google maps, advises location 15 km west of stettler on a bridge. Location approx. 8 km east of stettler. Rep has mentioned she has called uhaul many times about this and deals with upset customers frequently.Justin B.
