Would absolutely not recommend or use this U-Haul location again. Property was not sufficiently marked or maintained. Snow drifts blocked the paths to leave the U-Haul. Dropped off my rental after-hours out of the way for the personal to relocate into snow drifted field, received a highly unprofessional and impolite call from the drop-off personal questioning why I would leave the U-Haul not in the drifted in field and why I wouldn’t have attempted to drive it into their U-Haul storage through the snow drifts. Was not satisfied with this rental and drop-off at all.

I would not recommend this location because nobody was on site. Nobody answered at the phone number, and the voicemail told us to call U-Haul directly. The agent we picked up the trailer from had made a mistake entering the drop off location and we would have appreciated personal help fixing that. After disconnecting the trailer and going through the self-checkout process and ready to leave we got a return call from the on site agent (who wasn’t on site). They were upset that we didn’t put the trailer where they would have asked us to in the row of rental equipment. The trailer worked great. The price was good. Both of your agents disappointed us.
