Tried using the self serve mobile truck pick up at 8:30. Got a confirmation call a few days before for my 8:30 pickup. Keys were not placed in the Dropbox. Had to wait until the place opened at 10am to receive the truck. The company said that they don’t do the mobile pick up. Very frustrating process.

Marc PEmployee didn’t seem to know what they were doing, and had to make calls to other locations for help. Also lectured me on why my rental was “against the rules” even though a UHaul rep I contacted through customer service and the Scheduling office in Edmonton had set it up for me. Very slow service.
