Ensure your staff arrive on time. This was second time using this location and second time your staff was late, causing me to be late on my schedule. Then the staff member had issues logging in to the system.

Jeffrey JThe location is really good and helpful and I appreciate the support they provide, but the Uhaul equipment is showing it's age/lack of maintenance. The trailer I had rented had a serious wobble at 40km/h, both loaded and unloaded, resulting in the whole vehicle shaking. Fortunately I only needed the trailer in-town, so it wasn't too much of an issue, but I wouldn't want to anywhere near the highway or with equipment that has degraded as such. This isn't the first time I've had issues with equipment from Uhaul (from other locations too). I did inform the staff of the issue and they'd look into it, but the equipment shouldn't have ever been hired out in this condition. It's very dangerous.
