I picked up the uhaul and the fuel tank was 3/8th full. I was told that i had to fill it to 3/8th upon return or I would be charged $1.90 a litre. This is a horrid practice. Not only was thd truck in fallons but the fuel guage doesnt even show 3/8th. I returned it with over 1/2 tank but was told uhaul does bot compensate for overfilling. This is a ridiculous practice. The uhaul should be full upon pick up and full upon return. Crappy cash grab by the company for sure.
