REYNALDO MThe young lady who help me was fantastic. She even stayed late so I could drop the truck off a little late. She was great to deal with. I was impressed!!
Jeremy FTo have your employees let people know all the opinions available to bring the rental back. We booked the rental for 2 days, we cou ldn't return it as the office was closed on the day to be returned, this was posted on the door and we confirmed with the employee when it was picked up. We found out that there was another location available to drop the trailer when we brought back the rental, if we had know this the rental would have taken back sooner. Unfortunately we returned it today, after 12 pm (we meant to drop it off when the location opened) and we had to pay for an additional day. If the employee would have let us know that there was another location that would have accepted the rental, we could have avoided paying for an additional day.
Frank ONothing the people were friendly, the truck was clean and they were very attentive. Made a difficult move a lot easier.
