Employee didn’t seem to know what they were doing, and had to make calls to other locations for help. Also lectured me on why my rental was “against the rules” even though a UHaul rep I contacted through customer service and the Scheduling office in Edmonton had set it up for me. Very slow service.

Renaud HThey were training a new girl but the man who was training was very slow. I was in a bit of a hurry and it took 25 mins for me to get the truck and leave even though I booked it online. I went to leave and had to “find” them to open the gate to get out.
