I can’t answer yes and there was no one there at my drop off time. However there was an invoice error and when I called them they were very helpful in pointing me in the right direction

ALAN KWhen picking up the keys for the vehicle, I was prompted to use box #1. When receiving the keys, they were the incorrect keys for the truck I was renting. This really slowed down the rental process.
John NThe customer service guy was great upon pickup. However the vehicle wreaked of cigarette smoke, It was really strong and gave my wife a bad headache.
