How U-Haul Reviews WorkI scheduled a pickup for 9am but was running a little late. The truck was reassigned after an hour with no warning. Having said that, the U-Haul agent was able to reassign us the truck.
Ethan TTire pressure monitor showing error, and was not advised when picking up. I had to turn around, go back in and report. They were aware of, just didn’t communicate to me at the time.
Ron WU-Haul could bring the truck to the location I need it, had to get a smaller one which was okay but not ideal. It was a bit unclear about all the charges online, for example pads cost per dozen but it was unclear it was also by the day.
