MATTHEW JThe whole process felt long and drawn out. Rented plenty of Uhauls in the past . All of those experiences were fine . This time was not. The owner was untimely, we were waiting outside in the extreme cold . You could not finish checking in on the app. And the whole process seemed unnecessarily long !!
