Well you need a lot of improvement such as cleaning up the rentals after every use. I cleaned up the cargalo van I used and I got charge $10 cleaning fee which is ridiculous because we cleaned it very well. The location is bad they have cats around, smell like cat pee everywhere not to mention having very bad allergies with cats so no I will not be coming back to this location, customer service is very slow.
