I had made reservations for June 29 at the Marshalls Creek Office. Stopped by on the 29th to confirm my reservation it was told it was moved to the Rockdale Lane location. Somehow either with the girl at the Marshalls Creek office or the U-Haul main office my reservation got changed to the 30th. I had arranged for after hours self service. When I arrived at the Rockdale location sometime after five I was unable to pick up my U-Haul. After trying several times by clicking on the pick up icon I noticed that my reservation was for June 30. The office was closed but a gentleman happened to pull in about 15 minutes after we arrived who helped us get our reservation by changing it in the computer. If it wasn't that he had stopped by for whatever reason we would not have had our U-Haul for our early morning move on the 30th. Do better.
