There was no interaction with the staff at drop off location… However, the fact they have a dropbox for middle of the night release of the truck is very helpful.
Andrea CFriendly, accommodating, brought the 20’ truck -basically new with 1400 miles on the odometer - to the door and loaded the blankets (2 doz) for me. Highly recommend this location.
