Van had not been swept out, smelled like horses. Their computer is always slow which adds unnecessary waiting.

CHRISTOPHER CThe location service was amazing.unfortunetly I wasn't told that my insurance provider rental insurance only covers vehicles up to 4500 lbs.the van I rented was 4900 lbs.wish I was told this information by haul so I could have taken the insurance offered by u haul.once I drove it to my home town for days off work I called back to try to add u haul insurance and it wasn't an option.decided to take it to a different city drop off the next day and I was charged extra plus the weeks rental.
TREVOR MI don't know if you can improve it any more.... This location already has excellent customer service with polite, respectful and considerate in manner. Two thumbs up with A+++++ rating!
