Website incorrect said open on Sunday but was not. Drop off easy with online APP but NO LOCKBOX for key drop off !! Have to return in am to drop off off key.

I asked for a 10x20 truck so I dont have to make multiple trips. I called the 1800 number to reserve. . I was given a 10x10 truck that resulted in making 4 trips to move my stuff. I will look for a different company to rent a truck from next time I move.And the fact that you dont open gor an early pichuo and people want to stat early morning and not after 10:00
sarah Ai was charged for dolly, furniture dolly and few dozen furniture pads but when i went to go pick up the truck, they weren’t in there. stated in the return process that they weren’t there, but ended up getting charged for it a couple days later
VAN KI reserved an appliance dolly but it was not In truck. I had to source from another location. Other than that my experience was good with this rental company
