Our more then frustrated experience at Kelowna Pandosy location end us at Summerland location. Although Summerland location service was great. It cost us valuable time, and extra travel expenses.

I needed a cargo van and this was the nearest one available. Although busy attending customers at the gas pump, in the convenience store, and returning u-haul trailers all at the same time, I found the store attendant courteous and friendly. After fixing a hiccup with the initial amount of gas in the van, I was on my way. The return three days later was smooth and without surprise. Thank you very much for an overall very pleasant renting experience!

No staff to assist with removing the trailer. Very unhelpful clerk in the convenience store. They do not answer their phone either. Goes to an answering machine. Had to ask for help from another customer to lift trailer off the hitch. Totally unacceptable.

Was told to park the trailer in the back which looked like a junk yard. No inspection upon return.

Staff knew little to nothing about equipment - ball size for trailer, electrical connection, etc. You get what you pay for.

Nice enough people, but my experience totally self-serve. I parked, unhooked and blocked the trailer that I returned by myself.

I initially went to this location to rent a daily trailer. The hitch was seized and unable to tighten to the ball. The attendant was less than helpful. The daily rate was more attractive then the one way. I subsequently had to rent a one way from Calgary at nearly 3 times the cost of two way. When I returned the one way from Calgary the attendant was new and had no idea how to take a return. She stated that her boss would be in tomorrow and deal with the return then. The trailer was returned on Thursday, one day earlier then required. I finally received notification of the return on Saturday. This is not the best location for a U Haul dealership. The lot was just a big mud hole with water and mud. There was no help with hooking or unhooking the trailer. Your one your own. I have done this many times, but someone who doesn't know, it could be a real disaster in the making.

This was not our original reservation location. We reserved 2 weeks in advance to pick up in west Kelowna. We called the day before pick up to confirm our trailer was there and we were told yes no problems. We arrived in west Kelowna to pick up the trailer and we were informed that the trailer we were to pick up got returned to a different location and that they would not have sent us to our destination with that trailer because the tires were bald. So we spent an extra 2 hours to drive to trout creek to pick up a trailer. The lady in trout creek was pleasant to deal with. No discount for the HUGE INCONVENIENCE to us and we returned the trailer a day early. I will not recommend uhaul to anyone.

Have a rate for local moving. I moved within a 20 km radius and it cost me, including fuel, over $90 for less than 24 hours. I'll look at alternatives next time.

All was well.

The man managing the gas station was very slow with everything and was clearly unfamiliar with the process. He stopped repeatedly to help other customers. He didn't know what I ordered with the truck (dolly and furniture pads) and it wasn't ready. He initially said he didn't have any. The truck was close to full but not full so he had me fill it at his gas station while he was looking at the fuel gauge. He tried to get me to stop fueling when he said it was full but I kept going until it clicked off automatically because that's how I knew I would have to return it. It was inappropriate of him to cheap out on gas.

The lady was great on returning my vehicle to this u-haul location then the ones u-haul identified. U-Haul the equipment was great but the height markings on the truck Box need to be in metric That is what Canada uses for measurement.

The agent was unclear and set up the wrong contract, causing me over billing and a waste of time and money. Not Happy with the service at all.
