We had to go around back and find the truck ourselves. The guy never looked over the truck with us for damage, which there was and I took a photo of it. He never showed us how to work the inside instruments to save gas going through the mountains and rainy weather. We started out with an 1/8 of a tank not the 1/4 you claim ( also made a note of this ). We still had over $70.00 dollars worth of gas left when we dropped the truck off. To compensate for our bad experience with this move a credit on the gas would really be appreciated . If we had known about the gas saver we would not have had to fill up so many times. This employee needs to be more helpful to his customers. I do not know his name.

The break lights on the trailer did not work and they had no other trailer of the same size we reserved in case something was wrong. Had to buy magnetic lights for our travel as time was a crunch for moving and didn't have time to go to another location.

Simple, just dropped off keys.

Trailer that was reserved for me was hooked up to a UHaul van. Trailer that was on lot had a different unit number and clerk had a very difficult time changing reservation. I did online check out before arriving at location to save time, that didnt save anytime. I was extremely disappointed at amount of time it took to finally get everything organized.

The 2 people I spoke to at the head office I was not impressed with! I was told at the Trout Creek location that the trailer could be returned to Osoyoos - closest U-Haul location. The office called while I was enroute and said if it was returned to Osoyoos there would be an additional charge of $354.70 - this is ridiculous - the trailer rental was approximately $80.00 but that much to drop at another location 1 hour away - will never rent again from U-Haul!

The person at this location was rude and discourteous. He did not inspect the returned truck, and had me report the mileage and fuel level. Very unprofessional dealer.

Communication within Uhaul needs work. The left foot didnt know what the right foot was doing.

Left the trailer on their parking lot which was dirt and therefore very dusty due to hot weather. No problem doing paper work for dropping one way rental off.

The personnel could be more helpful, the truck leaked and I want to report it and they told me to phone, they would not assist in reporting the leakage. I called and waited on the phone for over 30 minutes with no contact.

We had a reservation for 9am on Sunday. My husband showed up at 9am. The gas station and office was closed. My husband waited half an hour, then called me. I confirmed our reservation was actually for 9am and called around. The guy eventually opened the office at 9:40pm. He kept not only my husband waiting, but also the two friends helping us move that day, who showed up at U-Haul at 9am. Even 9am is late to be open for moving day...i'm sure most people would want to get started earlier. Then they didn't have the right equipment for us. We had reserved a furniture dolly and blankets. They had neither. I would never use this location again, for our next move, which will be a big one to Vancouver Island. Very disappointed with U-Haul and the lack of customer service.

The location is convenient because I live in town, however the lot was very small and full of other vans and trailers parked in every which way. It made it difficult for me to find a space to park my rented trailer.

It's where we had to dump off the truck.

Our more then frustrated experience at Kelowna Pandosy location end us at Summerland location. Although Summerland location service was great. It cost us valuable time, and extra travel expenses.

I needed a cargo van and this was the nearest one available. Although busy attending customers at the gas pump, in the convenience store, and returning u-haul trailers all at the same time, I found the store attendant courteous and friendly. After fixing a hiccup with the initial amount of gas in the van, I was on my way. The return three days later was smooth and without surprise. Thank you very much for an overall very pleasant renting experience!

No staff to assist with removing the trailer. Very unhelpful clerk in the convenience store. They do not answer their phone either. Goes to an answering machine. Had to ask for help from another customer to lift trailer off the hitch. Totally unacceptable.

Was told to park the trailer in the back which looked like a junk yard. No inspection upon return.

Staff knew little to nothing about equipment - ball size for trailer, electrical connection, etc. You get what you pay for.

Nice enough people, but my experience totally self-serve. I parked, unhooked and blocked the trailer that I returned by myself.

I initially went to this location to rent a daily trailer. The hitch was seized and unable to tighten to the ball. The attendant was less than helpful. The daily rate was more attractive then the one way. I subsequently had to rent a one way from Calgary at nearly 3 times the cost of two way. When I returned the one way from Calgary the attendant was new and had no idea how to take a return. She stated that her boss would be in tomorrow and deal with the return then. The trailer was returned on Thursday, one day earlier then required. I finally received notification of the return on Saturday. This is not the best location for a U Haul dealership. The lot was just a big mud hole with water and mud. There was no help with hooking or unhooking the trailer. Your one your own. I have done this many times, but someone who doesn't know, it could be a real disaster in the making.
