my original reservation was made in west kelowna and then moved by your team to Summerland. The Summerland location is not identified at all as a Uhaul outlet and the representative did not even bother to show up to complete the booking. I was then sent to Trout Creek and had to wait while the reservation was moved to that location. The change in location also consumed mileage which i had to pay extra for.

Silviu SThis location was adequate. I had trouble with u-haul themselves and this location was calm, cool and understanding. U-haul however, jerked me around with my reservation, changed my pickup location multiple times and was very reluctant to work with me in making something work after wasting roughly 6 hours of my day and other moving arrangements lined up around having the equipment. After all that I was overcharged for the rental I did get. What a fucking joke!!
Ryan LOnly thing when i call for uhual they sayed cost is 214$ but when I picked up they charged me 262$
