I had a positive experience with U-Haul in Summerville, South Carolina on Dorchester Road. The equipment( a van.) was clean and well maintained, and ready for use as promised.. The staff was polite, helpful efficient, and the service was reliable. I would recommend the stair services and will use them again in the future..

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMost of my past experiences have not been positive with U-Haul rentals. This time was plesantly different. When I arrived the staff was very helpful. They spelled out the options and I was able to make an informed decision regarding the truck rental. From beginning to end, it was an easy experience. I would recommend them to a friend and would use them again if the need arises.

Seth TI like renting from the Dorchester Road UHaul location because they have sufficient inventory to assure me that I will get the truck I want to get, and their staff is knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.
Christopher RGot charged extra for gas when i brought it back at what i left out at, truck was garbage while driving it was overheating in the cab, burned gas a lot faster than normal and we didn’t even travel far, it’s was so loud we thought the engine was going to break. I would not recommend
