DANIEL DPersonally, I think all trucks need to be updated to have newer suspensions. The rides on the vehicles absolutely suck terrible experience with the ride alone, but the people at the location are excellent and friendly it’s already frustrating moving but when you break three TVs and you had padding down it makes thing even more frustrating, especially paying all the money for the trucks I shouldn’t have to worry about things breaking Especially because of the sucky suspension
JAMES CPicked up truck with only 1/8 tank of gas. Unacceptable for a rental in my opinion. Was told that I had 50 free miles. Anything over 50 miles would be charged @ $1.19 / mile. Received my receipt and was charged for 51 miles @ $1.29 for a total milage charge of $65.79. I will be disputing these charges with the rental location. Also, the website states that mileage fee is $.99 / mile. Lastly, customers should not have to go outside to get internet service to submit copies of drivers license. Need a better system.
