The customer service was fine. But there was a problem of communication between U-haul and this agency. U-haul messed up the reservation by making the pick up for another location after the local agent made the proper pick-up location.

This was an easy rental if an excellent tow dolly. The equipment was in excellent design and well maintained. The photo of the licence did not work from the link sent to my phone so the operator had to use his phone to take the pictures.
DAVID GI received permission to extend the return time by 1 hour, with no additional expense. My final bill included an additional day charge.
