The uhaul person at this location went home sick before I got there but the other guys got me in the system and a trailer no problem.

Ulysses H.They added stuff to my order that I didn't ask for. Customer service was horrible. And she repeatedly told me to I had infill Friday to keep my uhaul. When it clearly said Thursday. Tryna make me spend more money than I had too.
Quatasya F.Uhaul changing my drop off location on my reservation without telling me and not letting me know if something is wrong with my reservation. The gentleman who helped us was amazing though.

So I got charged an additional $58 dollars for extra day on top of getting scamed for $447 at house of beauty. Not pleased with experience. District manager refunded $147 but I feel was still charged to much compared to same rental next day for only $135.
