Moved some furniture and boxes from surprise az to San Diego. The U-Haul pick up location changed but they compensated us the miles and an extra day. Very fair. Easy to book rent and return!

The inside cabin was clean, but the outside of the truck looked like it hadn’t been washed for a while. The windshield was extremely dirty. Other than that this was the smoothest U-Haul riddle I have ever done. The customer service representative was very efficient and personable.
