Made a reservation a week before my event for q cargo van . When arrived to pick it up they told me first come first serve. At the end , They gave me a big box truck same price but was inconvenient since was not able to park it anywhere.

RENATE KSuper nice guy helped me return truck and no issues, but they have weird hours and the gate code changes often and Uhaul doesn’t update their notes. Was waiting on the grass road 20 minutes for a resolution. Finally went to a different location.
