How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck was parked in a way that I couldn't do the walk around and take pictures so I planned to do it when I came back to pick it up but the link had expired by that time. We moved our stuff, fueled the gas to slightly more than the amount we received the truck with, and returned it to the exact parking spot as instructed. When I received my receipt, I was charged a $30 fuel charge as well as 4 gallons of fuel charge totalling around $50. Since I couldn't do the walk around pictures I have no proof of the original gas amount so it seems I'm out $50 extra even though I did everything I was supposed to. I will never rent from this location again and definitely not recommend it to anyone else.

Joan CJoe, is the guy at Postal Pros, and if it was not for him and his excellent customer service skills I would not have been able to even rent a truck. He went over and beyond for us and I watched him with another customer and he provided the same excellent service. So if you need a Uhaul in the Sun City area so by and see Joe and Postal Pris!
