Was leery about dropping the truck with no one around.

QANDAGHA LI was absolutely disgusted with the customer service after renting a uhaul. I spent 3 hours on the side of the road after being told 30 mins after a blown tire and my contract got extended because of the time wasted. I then couldn’t drop off to a close location because it was the “wrong drop off location” so I had to drive another 45 mins and pay for the gas and mileage… or pay 394 dollars for a wrong location fee. No apologies nothing for any inconveniences. And no waiving any of these fees for me sitting on the side of the road. If you’re moving and need a Uhaul… don’t or be prepared for the worst service and disrespectful staff (192 and 56 location)
Tiana RHonour reservations. I had mine moved to a different location AND I had booked a 1 way trip and was told 2 days prior to my trip that a truck wasn’t available for me and I had to do a return trip. I only found out because I called proactively because ignoring reservations is somewhat of a reputation for U-Haul. Disappointed that I made a reservation 1.5 months before my trip and for what?
