I was greeted promptly upon pick up and drop off. The truck was ready, full of gas, and clean.
Jay PThis gentleman was out in a bad spot. Sioux City needed up my entire order from start to finish. I ended up having to pay 192.00 for blankets, that is a darn crime. Especially after I already paid to rent them ( although I thought I had bought them alrwady). Instead of either location working with me I had to pay an exorbitant amount of money for blankets. This entire situation has definitely ensured that I will not be using U-Haul again.

Linda HThe only downside is the cellphone reception at that location, Sussex WI for some reason has terrible coverage so the u-haul app took a long time to upload photos. Nothing u-haul has control over though. First time user of a u-haul, I will use again. Thank You!
