I have rented from U-Haul and number of times. A few times I was told I had to pick up at the new market location on Harry Walker. After my experiences with the one on Harry Walker and the one on baseline road in Keswick I would much rather pick up at the one on baseline. The people on baseline are much friendlier easier to deal with and do everything they can to help you. Harry Walker when you walk in there they make it seem like you're bothering them. Penny at U-Haul on baseline road in Keswick just makes the move that I'm doing for myself or a friend or a customer that I I'm helping out make the move just much better. There's no morning stress when you're picking up there and no problems when you drop it off. Penny is very nice to deal with. Harry Walker location I would prefer not to rent then pick up there. I've actually used my own pickup truck for a move just so I wouldn't have to pick up Harry Walker because penny didn't have any trucks available. Thank you for your time

COURTNEY CExcellent customer service. Allowed me to park my motorcycle under a tree (on a very hot sunny day) while I rented the truck. Wasn’t sure if truck would have air conditioning but it did, which was most welcome. Truck seemed to be in nearly new shape. Handled well. Check-in and -out via the app was very effective; excellent enhancement to process and good use of tech.
