After an issue with the previous place in Waueson, OH (not open even though reservation was confirmed - UHaul did a great job in relocating my reservation) the lady at the Airport Rent A Space was very nice and courteous. Was in and out very quickly. I would recommend using this place again for rentals.

MICHAEL HPicked up trailer on a Saturday morning, and told clerk that I would not be done with trailer until late Monday after business closed. Was told I only needed a 2 day rental, and I could return it after hours. Then received a call from Uhaul on Monday at noon saying I was late on my return. Had to call customer service to add another day when that should have been done in the beginning.
