I had a 7 AM pick up for my truck rental. It was simple, easy and fast to pick up the truck. I just followed the prompts and was in my truck and rolling in less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this location.

mary zCalled the Wauseon Ohio location and rented one they said that they would have it delivered on my request date. The day before my rental date. I got a email to call. Then I was told that they couldn't have my truck delivered to that location. I would have to pick it up at the Swanton branch. That was way out of my way. And costed me alot more money in miles. What could I do I had to have it. Then when I picked it up I asked if I could return it to the Wauseon branch to save me miles and money. Was told no. So I'm upset about that. Would like to see if if I could get some money returned for my inconvenience.
Rodney PSo the cargo trailer was clean but it didnt come with a cable to connect the lights from the trailer to the SUV. Was told to basically go buy one from an auto parts store. When I dropped off the trailer in Maine, the U-haul rep stated that they shouldn't have any let me leave the lot like that. But unfortunately, they did.
Terrence FI went in, in hopes a real person could figure your system out. But even she couldn't get the certificate to work for $75 off. They don't have the trucks ready, you have to back them out and take all the photos 3 or 4 times with no service available. I get Uhauls every month. This will be my last.
