Excellent. I went to the original booking place as they referred my booking to another location. He called and had them switch back as he had the cart I needed and it was clear sailing.

Bradley OPoor customer service. Employee gave me the keys to the wrong truck and instead of switching the keys and giving me the truck that was assigned to me, he went through the promps on my phone and said everything was fine. Selecting that the gas tank was full (it was less than a quarter tank) and the kilometers are obviously different also. As well as selecting that the truck was clean, which is was not. The cupholders were sticky and broken, and there was dog hair between the seats. The differences with the trucks caused an overcharge. The truck was supposed to be $50 per day and I had it for 2 days, I had to go to a location that was around 28 minutes away to be able to get the size truck I wanted, which was the cause of the majorty of the 558km I drove, I had only moved 10km from house to house.
