The clerk on duty was great. However, I waited for an hour and 20 minutes in this convenience store for the owner to “approve” the rental. The clerk has to call or text for approval and apparently he didn’t have a phone signal. They need a better system.

The gas tank amount was registered incorrectly. I took a picture of my gas gauge and it was clearly more than when I checked it back in. Still I was charged for two gallons of gas. I would like that charge removed. I will provide the picture if necessary.
Darin Myou had scheduled my reservation for a location close to my house for pickup. the day before you sent me to a location 45 minutes farther away. they did not have a reservation for me when I arrived. had a trailer that I needed and let me take it. I have to return it to them which was again 45 minutes farther away from the original reservation.

Donna NMake sure equipment that is rented is in excellent condition. We had to have both tires replaced and delayed our arrival time probably by a couple hours. Very sad. We should receive some kind of discount or refund with all the trouble we had occur during our move. ☹️
