My husband’s cousin picked up the truck for me. He put $90 of gas because he got it with 1/4 tank. My husband put $40 more to return it with the same amount we got it. I got charged $107 because they said the truck had 1/2 tank of gas. Our mistake was not taking a picture of the gas meter when we got it. I received the contract by email because it was me who rented the truck and live far away from where it was picked up. I didn’t see the email until after it was picked up. Now I have to pay $107 for gas I didn’t use.

SCOTT CDidn’t have the van I had reserved. So they offered me a truck. I only was planning on paying for van price not truck prices but I needed to move so I took the truck. Next time I will go to a different location
John PFix some of the trucks. The one I had reserved the gears kept stalling and wouldn't let me put in on park. It would get stuck and the driving was like it was exhausted trying to operate the motion. Overall service was excellent.
