I don’t recall the ladies name but she is so nice a friendly. She is the person you want out front interacting with customers. I worked operations management for 25 years and if I had 10 of her I’d own the world right now. Promote her or give her a raise.

MARION HUnfortunately the UHaul network online was down and my transaction could not be completed for pick up and therefore there was a delay. The staff at the pickup were most accommodating and were willing to bill me even after taking the vehicle They provided compensation for the delay with an extension of miles and time for the rental. Sam, the office manager, went to great efforts to assist in the move and provided a great referral for moving with the loading by Mountain Movers that are local staff.
