Pickup was great and fine! Easy! Drop off though was a nightmare. You could barely get in the parking lot for whatever was happening with all the car parked outside. And if I had been picking at that time I wouldn’t have even been able to get to my uhaul in the front of the building without having to walk in and ask about 4 people to move.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkExcellent customer service.
edwin nThe lady was super sweet and helpful
Patrick MThe only disappointment was that they were out of bigger trucks. So I had to use a 10 ft truck and had to do multiple trips.
WILLIAM LGreat customer service, professional yet personal. Got the job done quickly, and very considerate to customer needs. Only thing to improve is signage out along main road.
