I was actually really pleased with using them because we had not got everything moved on the day we rented the U-Haul and I had called and asked if we were able to rent it for the next day and she said no she needed it as someone had already rented it for the next day and I said OK no problem I’ll get it and she said just get it back before tomorrow and I will just put that you got it back on time. Great. so as we are taking it back just before 5 o’clock she had called me and said that we could keep it for the next day for free and so we were like great thank you so much. That’s amazing. So we went ahead and parked it up at my mom‘s barn since we were already on that side of town and had planned to go get it in the morning and finish what we needed to do and get it back well that next day it rained all day and so we didn’t even use it and the time we went to go take it back it was stuck in the grass at my mom‘s house. So then since I forgot to not buy the five dollar towing extra thing we had to figure out how to get it unstuck and after an hour of my mother and I trying, thankfully, her neighbor had came home from work and was able to pull us out with a chain so by that time I’m covered in mud, sweaty disgusting had to go wash the van off and everything and then return it there was like five different times because I had spoke to her several times she had said that she was not charging us for that extra day. And when I turned the keys into her, she looked straight at me and said I will not be charging you for today and I said thank you so much. So anyways a couple days after that a charge was pending on my bank for the complete total of the two days plus the $30 each day insurance and I didn’t call her until it was almost a week later when it finally went through because I thought oh that’s not right because she said she was only charging one day well when it finally went through and I called her to ask about it- to make a long story short- She checked in on it and pretty much told me there was nothing she could do about it and she was sorry and if I was to choose to rent from them again, she would give me a discount the next time. I’m just very upset because she told me at least five times that I would not be charged and then I was charged in the best she could do was tell me next time if I’ve chose them, I would get a discount. I don’t think that is cool at all. We were literally headed to drop the van off and would have had I known this was all going to happen.
