Leanne CUhaul definitely needs to give Mr. Dominic a raise. This guy made our reservation exactly what we wanted in Waynesboro, Georgia where we wanted to pick up but unfortunately, the place that we went to closed five minutes before we got there and we called and told the people at the Uhaul in Waynesboro we were on our way not Dominic’s fault at all so we should have called Dominic at that point, but we went ahead and called the Uhaul 800 number they informed us that the location was closed and we had to had to download the mobile app mind you me and my husband are not computer savvy and we definitely don’t know how to use technology but we did attempt to download the app and receive the truck via mobile app that did not work. We called the 800 number back, which they gave us another number and I felt like we were just playing ping-pong with nobody on the other side of the table because we were getting pushed all over the place and getting the runaround so we took it upon ourselves and called Dominic back. Dominic tried his best to assist us over the phone but me and my husband like I said previous are not computer savvy, and do not know how to use technology like that. We are old and retired and like the saying goes, you can’t teach an old dog new tricks lol so Mr. Dominic being the business man he is drove two hours out of his way to come and help us. This man literally left his wife in charge of his office and drove an hour to come and see us to help us and an hour back home just to make sure we were satisfied, Uhaul customers and for that, Mr. Dominic, we will highly recommend you and your dealership to any and everyone we come in contact with that is in need of a U-Haul, Dominic even informed us that it didn’t matter where we were traveling to or where we were picking the equipment up that he would always help us no matter where we were going and what we were doing and for that we are forever grateful thank you so much, Mr. Dominic and may God bless you, your family and your business with all you do
