When I picked up the U-Haul at first glance, it was clean. It was dark outside and everything looked good in the morning when I went to go move my belongings. I noticed that the mat was sticky. I used a bottle of water to clean it. I also returned the U-Haul with the agreed-upon amount of gas and then the next day I was charged for fuel and a cleaning fee when I put more gas in it then the amount that was given to me I also cleaned up someone else’s mess.

Clint MNo customer service help with checking out the truck, had to do it through the u-haul app with no help. And even though the truck was dirty and i provided photos like instructed in the check out app. I also took photos when i returned the truck. I was charged another$122 in addition to the originally cost i paid. $50 for cleaning, $30 for safemove(after already paying the original $15 amount), and additional taxes that were double than the amount that were in the original paid invoice.
