No customer service help with checking out the truck, had to do it through the u-haul app with no help. And even though the truck was dirty and i provided photos like instructed in the check out app. I also took photos when i returned the truck. I was charged another$122 in addition to the originally cost i paid. $50 for cleaning, $30 for safemove(after already paying the original $15 amount), and additional taxes that were double than the amount that were in the original paid invoice.
