I reserved this rental over 3 weeks ago at a location near my residence. The day before the rental, I received a call stating to pick up at a location 20 miles from the other location. I was not provided a discount for this inconvenience and was told if I returned the rental to another location, there would be additional charges. I realize your equipment can be fluid and ever changing but these practices seem unfair. Additionally, the equipment did not have any type of tie-downs nor did the location have any to rent or buy. You seem to have everything else to buy our rent at your locations. Tie-downs should be supplied.
