Ian was VERY Unprofessional and extremely rude. Terrace location.
WILFRED BI made a reservation at the Keith location due to the fact that we were moving just down the street from there so it was within walking distance for pick up and drop off. However for some reason I kept getting notifications and phone calls to switch locations to the Thornhill location which was very frustrating. I made the reservations where I did for a couple of reasons: convenience, previous great experiences with the Keith branch and location. The Thornhill branch has no proper business frontage and looks like a junk yard, as a woman I would never go there alone. I did not appreciate having to fight to keep my reservation out of the Keith location for both pick up and drop off.
DANA WIan was great! Very helpful and accomadating.
BRENT KIan was so friendly, I would definitely recommend this location.
