I'd say Cheryl has exceeded my expectations on more than one occasion. I would definitely recommend her U Haul service. She's darn good!

Donald KMy reservation was changed to a different location due to availability however they changed to a location that closed before my requested pick up time. I then had to call and get it changed again to a place that was open, again they didn’t verify if the new place could fill the order completely. I had ordered 12 moving blankets and this location had none. Those that are changing and updating orders need to pay attention to detail, I don’t believe the store locations that made the error, this was caused by the customer service team not doing due diligence and having the customer as the priority.
