I would like a full refund for this rental due to the unacceptable experience I had. I had to call roadside assistance twice and was left waiting for hours in the heat. The poor management and lack of timely assistance made an already stressful moving experience even worse. On top of that, the moving help I had arranged canceled, which caused additional delays and complications. Overall, this rental experience was extremely disappointing and far below the level of service I expected. I am requesting a full refund for the rental and would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.

How U-Haul Reviews Workchose to drop off the truck in Terrell Texas at some liquor stores something party packs the lady was extremely rude and couldn't find the keys that were in the Dropbox per the instructions on the front of the building and never used the truck over 12 hours. She called and left me a very rude voicemail message.
