I was set up to go to grand saline location, which was near my house. When I got to the location the person running the store was an hour and a half away and told me to wait. I had to move locations. Then the customer service person got me to a location. She had to call me back because the location didn’t have a trailer. She relocated me a business 40 minutes away from house but on my way to where I was going. Retrieved my items and wanted to return trailer to grand saline. But I had to drive 40 minutes to the location I rented trailer from, this was very disappointing. I already had a long day driving with the trailer, I didn’t want to drive that far to return it.
