Again, the location was great but it was NOT the location I reserved to return my vehicle - where I was denied. Despite being reserved weeks in advance. Also, the planned return location. On both pick up and return I was unable to follow my plan and my trips were made more complicated then they needed to be. However the places that did accommodate me were great.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOvercharged and male employee rude. Hung up the phone when I asked to verify mileage and told me my pictures do not matter. Also said he could not send me a receipt with the cost breakdown.
