Easy to park the trailer I was returning and quick, simple turn-in process
PHILLIP BThe guy who was running the store seemed very put out when we arrived. The first thing he said to me was “shouldn’t you have been here 3 hours ago?”. We a.) weren’t that late and b.) drove from 5 hours away and hit traffic on the way there so I didn’t have any control over it. He just wasn’t very pleasant to deal with. The trailer we rented worked but was heavily worn out from use. The rest of the process was okay. I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible after the way the initial interaction went.
