For the rental place none. It was great. For uhaul and customers, why offer things for the move you don't have in the location you are renting from? If you are renting far out fine, but if it's close you won't get the items before the move.

HARRY E.Order had a dozen blankets reserved. The facility informed us that they did not have blankets for our order. The representative did allow us to use 3 blankets that were in another truck free of charge. However, we were charged for the use of a dozen blankets for our entire rental time by the representative that we returned our truck to - which was the same location as pickup.
