I called for a price check on a tow dolly before I drove all the way to the store. I was told one price on the phone, but when I got to the store to purchase the item, I was told another price. Just so good I had the amount of money to cover the item. The tow dolly only had one working light. I told the salesperson of the matter before I left the store lot, and all I was told was ok, thanks for letting me know. I was not offered a discount on the item that was quote to me at a wrong price, nor was I given a discount not offer to get another tow dolly for the one that was not work. Not great customer service.

My experience was terrible I was lied to reguarding the daily amount I would be charged. They were not helpful at all and didn't try to resolve the situation in any way. Seems like lying and cheating is their way of screwing customers out of their money. They are like everyone else now days very misleading by adding on excessive hidden charges

Was not informed that the pickup location was changed from the requested location until showing up at the first location to pick up the truck. Called customer service and received a $50 credit for the lack of communication regarding the pickup location. Turned out that the second location we were then sent to turned out to be nonexistent having closed up shop. So we google mapped another location in the area (on the same road) thinking maybe we were given the wrong address. This is where we were informed that the location we were sent to was now closed. This place did not have a 15' truck as rented but we were finally able to rent a 26' an hour after we were initially supposed to pick up the truck. Ended up having a customer service rep hang up on us. Likely in the future to overpay for a moving company rather than dealing with Uhaul and all of the poor logistic procedures.

Nice lady helped me check in, the trailer size i reserved was there... although only 1 trailer was available evidently I got the wrong one... didn't realize it until i turned it in, but overall everything was fine beyond that.

The truck was full of mud when I received it. It took me about 2 hours to clean before I started moving. I called the store and mentioned it to them and they seems not caring about. Not good to receive a dirty truck. I have a picture of the dirty cab of truck.

The location had to be changed to Britches and Boots, which was a wonderful place with very helpful personelle. The original location was Big Boys Toyz in Jackson, MS, but they did not enter our reservation information into their system so we were unable to use mobile check in. That delayed us about an hour.

Next time, it would be helpful to have the personnel disconnect the toll dolly from the truck instead of requiring the customer to do that.

The Rep really helped me in a pinch! I needed a vehicle for a last minute move and she me a vehicle when the reps at the site up the road didn't bother to tell me the vehicle was ready when I placed the order! Arnaldo's is a bad place to go for rentals. Go to the Britches and Boots for the best service!

No one there to help hook trailer up. I am a woman and could not lift the 9 x 12 trailer on to the ball of truck. I had to go find a man to help me!!!!

It was a 30 minute drive to pick up the truck from my destination in Pearl, MS. The folks were nice, but had no packing pads, which resulted in me going to another dealership. In all I lost at least 1 1/2 hours loading time.

The cashier told me to go hook up the trailer by myself and before I leave I needed to come to the front to check to make sure, the trailer was connected properly. The first attempt at me hooking up the trailer was a disaster and it came loose and hit the back of my Tahoe. I knocked a hole in the back of the gate. I tried again and this time when they checked it, they had to tighten the trailer to the ball hitch. I showed the guy the hole and asked if the Safe Tow covered it and he said No. So he saw and acknowledged that there was damage to my vehicle. They should have connected the trailer the first time.

I reserved a U-Haul several days before I needed it at a location that was convenient to my location. I was moved 3 different times before I was supposed to pick up the location, including on the day I was supposed to pick it up. Not only was I moved to a different location, it was a 30 minute drive from where I was. This was super inconvenient. I have always gone directly to U-haul for all of my moving needs, but next time, I will probably choose another company, or at least shop around before deciding on U-haul.
