There needs to be a rating between Excellent and above average - pretty hard to give a rating of Excellent to any location and both locations deserve a rating higher than Above Average.

The price was outrageous!!!

KIMBERLY VThe trailer had a alignment issue. It would drastically wiggle back and forth going 55 mph. The truck was loaded correctly, my truck was rated for the load. It had a tire or wheel issue making it wiggle. The trailer had lots of previous damage, that I was not charged for, but worried me on its over all condition. The customer service was great, and all other aspects were great. But the condition and towability was poor.
MICHAEL AWhen I tried to return my truck I put less than 30 miles on it and when I went to return they claimed I had went over 100. I will not be using this uhaul again.
